**Must Read Before Payment to RA CORP (sole proprietor) for below Conditions, (International Consulting Services are subject to additional fees as required.)

You are making a payment to RA CORP for Consulting Services and or Fees for Assisting in the Procurement of Products on a Business Agreement , Arrangement, or Contract. As discussed and or reviewed with RA CORP or its Owner. You have accepted / agreed to the "Rates, Terms & Conditions" prior to your payment. You acknowledge that your payment is for :

a. A Consulting Contract / Agreement that will provide, that is providing or that has provided recommendations and or opinions in response to your business requirements that you requested. Done in person, phone, mail and or an electronic format. RA CORP has no liabilities for products recommended or services provided. (all sales are final)

b. An existing debt with RA CORP for "Business Consulting Services and or Related Fees" to be paid towards your existing balance.

c. Does not include "Travel & Expenses" unless previously negotiated and or "Administrative & Translation Services" if it is required for the Contract or Agreement.

d. Pricing / Cost Estimates when received are good for 30 days after issue date. (rates may change) per Contract or Agreement.

e. Confidentiality & Security for: Conversations pertaining to Contract such as Rates / Opinions / Discussions / Services / Contract Value(s) as Required. (by both parties)
